3. Ordering

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email — this confirms receipt of your order, not our acceptance of it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Products — Food Supplements

All RootReva products are food supplements manufactured and sold in accordance with UK food law, including the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 and related legislation.

  • Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
  • Always read the label and follow the recommended usage instructions
  • Do not exceed the stated daily dose
  • Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use
  • The Collagen+ Beauty Boost contains Vitamin A — do not take if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, except on the advice of a doctor
  • The Collagen+ Beauty Boost contains Fish (Tilapia) — not suitable for those with a fish allergy
