No — not every product is vegan. Our hair formulas use vegetarian capsules. Collagen+ Beauty Boost contains marine (fish) collagen and is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone with a fish allergy. Always read the allergen line on the label.

Advanced Hair Growth is our most complete hair formula. Biotin Hair Boost is a focused daily biotin capsule. Collagen+ Beauty Boost supports skin, hair and nails with marine collagen and hyaluronic acid.

Some people take a hair formula with Collagen+. If you combine products, check overlapping nutrients (especially biotin and vitamin A) on both labels and do not exceed recommended intakes. If you have a health condition or take medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.

Biotin (vitamin B7) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin. Take only as directed on the label.

Saw palmetto is a botanical traditionally included in hair and wellness formulas. In our Advanced Hair Growth Complex it is standardised to 45% fatty acids. We do not make medicinal claims for it.

Hair formulas are gluten-free. Collagen+ Beauty Boost contains fish (Tilapia). Always read the full ingredient list before use.

Speak to your GP or midwife before starting any new supplement. Collagen+ contains vitamin A, which needs particular care in pregnancy.

Follow the directions on your label. Capsules are usually taken with food and water at a consistent time each day.

Hair and skin renew slowly. Give any formula at least three months of consistent daily use before you judge the results. Individual responses vary.

Continue with your next scheduled dose. Do not double up.

The Full Cycle is a separate prepaid pack: three bottles in one payment at 20% off. It does not renew automatically. It is not the same as Subscribe monthly.
