Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when this changes, email info@rootreva.com.

Delivery cost
Free UK delivery on all orders.

Dispatch times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend/bank holiday, usually dispatch the following business day. During busy periods dispatch may take up to 2 additional business days — we will email you about any delay.

Delivery timeframe
Standard UK delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch (Royal Mail). Tracked options may be available at checkout when offered.
