SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when this changes, please join our mailing list.


Dispatch Times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During promotional periods or high-volume times, dispatch may take up to 2 additional business days. We will communicate any delays by email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays) or due to Royal Mail service disruptions.


Free Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over £30 after any discounts are applied.


Tracking Your Order

Tracked orders will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Standard (untracked) orders do not include a tracking number. If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and hold your parcel at your local delivery office for collection. Uncollected parcels are typically returned to us after 18 days.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (at cost) or issue a refund for the product value only (not original shipping).


Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@rootreva.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve promptly — replacement or refund, your choice.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery charges will apply.
