RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your rights matter. So does your confidence in what you're putting into your body. This policy is written plainly — no small print designed to confuse.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
Returns — Unopened Products
You may return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
- The safety seal must be intact and unbroken
- You must contact us before returning — we'll provide a returns reference number
We do not cover the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Returns — Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened food supplement products unless the item is faulty or not as described. This is standard practice for consumable wellness products and is consistent with your statutory rights under UK law.
If you have opened a product and believe it is faulty, contaminated, or not what was described — please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Email us at hello@rootreva.com with your order number and a description (photos are helpful)
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice
We will cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@rootreva.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with your returns authorisation and instructions
- Pack your item securely and send to the address provided
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Bundles & Multi-Packs
If you purchased a bundle, all items within it must be returned (unopened) for a full bundle refund. Partial returns of bundle items may be accepted at our discretion, with the refund calculated at individual product pricing.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Orders already processed and dispatched are subject to the standard returns policy above.
